Mason Holland
CEO / Chairman of the Board

Mason Holland is the CEO and Chairman of the Board, for Eclipse Aerospace, Inc. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Holland has created, operated, and reorganized businesses in several industries. The common element in all of his endeavors has been a strong focus on providing cost effective service for customers while increasing shareholder value for the franchise. In 2009, Mr. Holland created Eclipse Aerospace, Inc. and currently leads a team in the recreation of service, support and eventually new production of the Eclipse 500 Twin Engine Jet. In addition to his role at Eclipse, Mr. Holland is also the co-founder and Chairman of Benefitfocus.com, Inc., the largest provider of online benefits enrollment software in the country. Benefitfocus.com is a 'software as a service company' and serves and exchanges data independently with over 500 insurance carriers and over twenty million insured individuals. Prior to Benefitfocus, Mr. Holland founded American Pensions, Inc., a full service pension administration and investment advisory firm where he served as Chairman and President until its sale to a Southeast Regional bank in 2003. Mr. Holland serves as a director of numerous professional, civic and non-profit boards. In addition, Mr. Holland is a commercial rated pilot.
Mike Press
Executive Vice President

Michael Press is our Executive Vice President and a director. He is the founder and CEO of Single Pilot Jet Management, LLC, one of the largest VLJ brokerage companies in the world. Single Pilot Jet Management sold more than 250 jet aircraft in the last three years and has a network of agents around the world. Mr. Press has almost 50 years of experience in aviation that include senior leadership positions in the U.S. Air Force, where he managed foreign military sales for Europe and Asia. Mr. Press is also a highly decorated combat fighter pilot. Following his retirement from the U.S. Air Force as a Colonel, Mr. Press served as a senior director of Northrop Grumman Corporation. Mr. Press purchased one of the first aircraft produced by Eclipse (serial number 004), and became the first owner-pilot to qualify in the Eclipse 500.
Ken Ross
President Global Services & Support

Kenneth Ross is our President of Service Division. Ken serves as the executive management representative to our board, as a member of the executive management team and as President of Eclipse Service Network (ESN), our services division. In addition to overseeing the service centers we own, Mr. Ross will provide logistics and management to form a worldwide network of third- party service centers. Mr. Ross has been closely involved in aviation for more than 27 years. As a former partner and co-chairman of the aviation practice group at the national law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker, Mr. Ross brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Company. Mr. Ross in his capacity as counsel has been involved in a number of high profile aviation related cases, and has represented FBOs, air carriers, pilots, and airports regarding liability issues, insurance coverage, land acquisition, aircraft sales, and the leasing and management of aircraft.
Ekim Alptekin
Executive Vice President, Europe

Ekim Alptekin is chairman of EA Aerospace, a Turkish aerospace company that distributes Eclipse aircraft and operates a Platinum Service Center for Europe and the Middle East in Istanbul. He is also the founding partner and chairman of ATH Defense, a Turkish defense company dedicated to offering security solutions in the Middle East and Europe, and also serves on the Board of several other leading aviation and defense companies, including Seabird Airlines and Rekkof BV.As the Vice-Chair of the Turkish American Chamber of Commerce (TABA), he is actively engaged in efforts to boost Transatlantic trade and bolster the commercial angle of decades-long Turkish-American partnership.
Mr. Alptekin graduated from Utrecht University, Netherlands in law and economics. Following his graduation Mr. Alptekin worked in the Committee on International Relations of the United States House of Representatives and later served as a policy advisor in several institutions such the Dutch Parliament during the Dutch European Union presidency.
Edward Lundeen
Senior Vice President, Business Operations

Edward M. Lundeen is Senior Vice President, Business Operations. Ed has responsibility for Eclipse Aerospace's business operations which includes; Supply Chain Management, Contracts, Information Technology, Human Resources and Facilities Management. During his 30+ year career, Lundeen has served as Vice President, International Business and Vice President, Contracts for Eclipse Aviation; Director of Contracts for Iomega Corporation; Regional Director, Supply Chain Management for Phelps Dodge Mining Company; and, Manager of Purchasing for San Diego Gas & Electric. Ed earned an MBA from Western New Mexico University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University. He has published papers on outsourcing, contracting, procurement, reverse auctions, buyer training, and ERP selection and implementation. Ed has also been an adjunct professor where he taught upper division business courses at the university level.
Cary Winter
Senior Vice President, Chief Service Engineer

Cary A. Winter is a Senior Vice President & Chief Service Engineer. Mr. Winter brings nearly 30 years of aviation and aircraft maintenance experience. He continues in the family tradition of aviators, with family members having served as pilots, ATC, and FAA inspectors. Mr. Winter holds degrees in Aviation Maintenance and Electronic Engineering as well as A&P, IA & NDT Level II ratings. He has served in numerous supervisory and management roles with AirNet Systems and NetJets, two of the world's largest FAR 135 operators. These duties included Parts Manager, Chief Inspector, Heavy Maintenance Manager, Field Service, and Director of Maintenance. Mr. Winter has completed factory training on various aircraft including, Bell Helicopter, Citation, Westwind, Hawker, Falcon, Gulfstream and Boeing Business Jets. His experience in large fleet management includes previous working experience with numerous aircraft manufacturers.
Jorge Duran
Senior Vice President, Production

Jorge Duran is currently the Director and Chief Procurement Officer for the Aerostructures Product Center of Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. In this role Jorge is responsible for over $1.1B of annual spend globally supporting all of Sikorsky's military and commercial helicopter programs including primary responsibility for Sikorsky's relationship with Triumph Group, Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc.
Jorge has two undergraduate degrees in Electrical Engineering, an Associate from Waterbury State Technical College and a Bachelors degree from the University of Hartford. He has also earned Master's of Science in Management from the Krannert School of Business at Purdue University.
Jorge began his career with the General Electric Company in 1988 in their Manufacturing Management Leadership Program and went on to work in four different divisions of the company in all areas of operations including manufacturing, quality, supply chain, as well as sales and marketing.
Jorge first joined United Technologies in 1996 with UTC's Pratt and Whitney jet engine division where he held positions in Commodity Management for aerospace forgings and raw materials and later in Materials and Supply Chain Management in P&W's Turbine Module Center.
Jorge transferred to Sikorsky Aircraft in 2001 as the Supply Chain Manager for World Wide Customer Service but most notably led the operations integration of PZL Mielec, Sikorsky's first major international acquisition in Mielec, Poland, culminating in the delivery of PZL's first Black Hawk cabin assembly in early 2007.
David Kelley
Chief Financial Officer

David Kelley is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Holland Properties, LLC, and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Eclipse Aerospace, responsible for Finance and Strategic functions. David's career includes twenty-five years of senior financial management and business operations experience, primarily focused on leading medium sized companies' successful transitions through periods of rapid growth and development. Prior to joining Holland Properties, David held various financial, administrative and operational roles with private equity backed organizations in digital media production, hospitality, online travel and ecommerce. David is a licensed CPA and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Husson University and his Masters Degree from Seton Hall University.

Alfred Mann

Alfred E. Mann is a physicist recognized around the world for successfully creating a broad range of medical devices including heart pacemakers, cochlear implants that provide hearing for thousands of formerly deaf children, and tiny, implantable pumps. He brings insight to the board, based on his track record of successfully translating high-technology concepts into profitable enterprises. Earlier Mr. Mann founded Spectrolab, an aerospace contractor known mostly for developing solar cells and powering a majority of spacecraft. Mr. Mann also serves on the board of directors of Old Eclipse Aviation. Mr. Mann is the Chairman and CEO of MannKind Corporation (MNKD); the founder, Chairman, and co-CEO of Advanced Bionics Corporation; the founder and Chairman Emeritus of MiniMed; the founder and former CEO of Pacesetter Systems; the founder and former CEO of Spectrolab; and the founder and former CEO of Heliotek.
James Clutter

James H. Clutter is an entrepreneur, software developer and restaurant technology consultant. He is currently owner and president of Restaurant Technology, Inc. (RTI), a software firm that develops and markets SaaS accounting and management systems to multi-unit restaurant operators. In 2004, Mr. Clutter launched SimTrain, LLC, a company that licenses the use of full-motion, Cirrus-specific Advanced Aircraft Training Devices (AATD). These devices are certified by the FAA for pilot training in Technically Advanced Aircraft (TAA). SimTrain, LLC worked closely with Fidelity Flight Simulation of Pittsburgh, PA to develop these training devices, and to-date they are the only six-degree-of-freedom, full motion AATDs certified by the FAA. Mr. Clutter has been a private pilot since 1977.
Edward Beyer

Ed Beyer is the Vice President and General Manager of Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation's Sikorsky Global
Helicopters Division. In this role, Ed has full responsibility for Sikorsky's commercial aircraft programs and
operations. Ed has spent over nine years with United Technologies beginning with Pratt & Whitney in 2001
where he held positions as Director of Finance and Controller for the Procurement organization and then as
Executive Assistant to the President. Ed joined Sikorsky in 2007 as the Chief Financial Officer of Sikorsky
Aerospace Services. Ed's business experience includes business development, finance, accounting, M&A, treasury, and
Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Prior to joining United Technologies, Ed was Treasurer and CFO of The Siemon Company
in Watertown, Connecticut. Ed has also held financial positions at The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida and
Arthur Andersen in Hartford, Connecticut. Ed received a BSBA in accounting from the University of Hartford. He is a
Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives
International.
Carey Bond

Carey Bond is the President, Sikorsky Global Helicopters & Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to that, he served as
Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, providing executive leadership for Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation's
Global Aircraft Sales, Marketing, Communications and U.S. Government Business Development activities.
Carey joined Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. in 2005 and had served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and
Strategic Programs prior to his current position. In this previous role, Carey oversaw the successful acquisition
and integration of Keystone Helicopter Corporation in Pennsylvania and PZL Mielec in Poland. Carey also led Sikorsky
Aircraft's strategic planning process which focuses the corporation's resources toward achieving key operational and
financial objectives. Prior to joining Sikorsky Aircraft, Carey led Bell Helicopter's Worldwide Customer Support and Service
Organization. This role gave him the unique insight of helicopter operations worldwide, and also permitted him to build
relationships and credibility globally. Under his leadership, Bell was able to formulate and execute global strategies that
increased customer satisfaction, strengthened relationships and significantly grew Bell's service business both organically
and by acquisition. Carey is a graduate from Canadore College and also holds a Master of Business Administration from
Texas Christian University.
Shane Eddy

Shane Eddy is Vice President, Global Supply Chain responsible for Aero-structures, Avionics Systems,
Blades, Rotor Systems and Transmissions including all Product Centers in Connecticut, Alabama and Poland
in addition to Supply Management, Strategic Sourcing, Operations Planning and Quality across the Sikorsky
enterprise.
Shane joined Sikorsky in January 2010 as Vice President, Sikorsky Global Helicopters responsible for the S-76® and
S-92® helicopter programs; SGH Coatesville Operations; Associated Aircraft Group (AAG); Schweizer Light Helicopter
Division; and the Canadian Maritime Helicopter Program (CMHP).
Prior to joining Sikorsky Aircraft, Shane served as Senior Vice President, Customer Support and Services and Chief
Services Officer for Bell Helicopter, Textron. During 14 years at Bell, he also served as Executive Director, Commercial
Helicopter Programs. Before joining Bell, Shane served as an aircraft maintenance engineer and crew chief for Canadian
Helicopters Corp. Shane received his undergraduate degree from Canadore College, Ontario, and holds an MBA from
Concordia University, Quebec.
Al Altieri

Al Altieri was appointed Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Sikorsky Aerospace
Services (SAS) in August, 2012. Al provides operational leadership over supply chain spend of nearly $1B and seven factories worldwide. Products and services provided include field service reps, maintenance, overhaul & repair (MRO), aircraft modifications and upgrades, spares, international material distribution and logistics, fleet management, and Performance Based Logistics (PBL). Prior to joining Sikorsky Aerospace Services, Al served as Vice President, Supply Management responsible for the acquisition of all product and non product procurement services. Mr. Altieri joined Sikorsky in 1980 as a Financial Analyst and remained until 1986 at which time he joined UTC Corporate. He rejoined Sikorsky in 1992 as Manager, Major Subcontracts and was named Director, Major Subcontracts in 1998. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in Production Control, Material Operations, and Supply Management during his UTC career.
