The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day administration of the human resources functions and duties. The HR Coordinator carries out clerical responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: recruiting and on-boarding, benefits, and reporting (both internal and external) .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain critical and confidential reports detailing new hire information, benefit participation by plan and company census data
Assist with tracking/maintaining recruiting and staffing reports/metrics
Process pre-employment background checks and drug screens
Maintain current applicant information
Ability to communicate with employees at all level of the organization
Must maintain a strict adherence to confidentiality
Additional duties as necessary
Demonstrated attention to detail a MUST
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while managing competing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills
Effective oral and written communications
Associates Degree in business or a closely related field
Two (2) to Three (3) years or more of related Human Resources experience
Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry(ies) a plus
