Supply Chain and Process Manager
Albuquerque, NM

GENERAL SUMMARY
Program manage key projects within the supply chain organization, develop department processes and procedures, manage materials costing, and department budgeting. Monitors key performance indicators, performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Program manage the Supply Chain organization’s work to restart production of the Eclipse twin engine jet
- Manage Eclipse’s Supply Chain processes
- Analyze and provide solutions/input on business requirements process improvements
- Manage materials costing and reporting
- Sales of surplus inventory
- Budgeting
- Assist with audits of EAI supply chain organization
- Schedule and manage supplier conferences and business reviews
- Assist with ERP system requirements, processes, data management and implementation
- Manage SCM business metrics analysis and reporting
- Program management of other assigned tasks.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, engineering degree preferred
- 5years + working experience post degree
- Strong process analysis, mapping, development and creation
- Program management experience
- Strong analytical capability
- Experience with procurement policies and practices
- Capable and aptitude for dealing with and resolving commercial business issues
- Experience with managing costs, performing what-if analysis
- Assertive and can interject and intercede to be a change agent to enhance the overall company objectives and performance
- Strong communication skills both written and oral with all levels of management both internally and externally
- Self-starter and work with minimal supervision
- Available and willing to travel, including overseas if required
- Understand fiduciary responsibility and limitations
Preferred
- Experience with ERP systems, SAP experience preferred
- Experience in budgeting and managing costs/spends within budgets
- Experience dealing with VP, President and CEO levels
