PDM Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY
This Position is primarily responsible for providing application support for the Siemens Teamcenter, NX and IBM Rational suites. This involves debugging and solving day to day user issues, requires working closely with various departments in analyzing design and change management data. This position is responsible for providing user training and creating and maintaining training materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support high visibility problem tickets
- Testing case validation based on new features
- Manage devlopment labs
- Prepare Documentation for Support & Training
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Required:
- Strong Application support and trouble shooting skills in Siemens Teamcenter and NX
- Installation and trouble shooting in IBM Rational Suite (ClearCase, ClearQuest and ReqPro)
- Aerospace/Aviation experience
- Good Knowledge of various CAD data formats and translations
- Good communication skills
- Basic System Administration skills in a Windows Server environment
- Good user Training skills
Secondary Skills:
- Teamcenter Visualization knowledge
- PMI Knowledge
- Configuration Management knowledge
- Teamcenter Manufacturing knowledge
Preferred:
- SAP working knowledge
- Experience with reporting tools from Teamcenter and SAP
- Minimum 3+ years of Teamcenter Engineering / UA experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
